Start your week by doing something for you

Come and join our community every Monday morning for a work out in the fresh air with your little one(s) in their pram- whether you’re newly postnatal or a few years into motherhood. We will focus on rebuilding the foundations of your fitness through strengthening and stretching exercises planned with motherhood in mind.

All abilities are welcome

When can I come along?

Once you have seen your GP for your 6-8 week post natal check you are ready to come and join us.
If you have had a C-section, we recommended that you wait until 10 weeks post-partum until joining us.

Remember we are not just for new mums, come and join us whether you are new to motherhood, unsure where to start or just want the opportunity to do something for yourself whilst looking after your little one(s).


How do I get started?

Put on some comfy clothes, supportive shoes and come and find us in the park. You can pay via contactless on arrival. You will also need to complete a post-natal fitness questionnaire before starting your first session but you can do this when you arrive or by clicking the link below.


What do I need to bring?

Bring some water to keep you hydrated, wear clothing suitable for the weather and bring a mat or rug for any floor work if you prefer to be off the grass. You can pay using contactless on arrival.

Bring your baby secured in their pram with some toys or snacks to help keep your little one(s) entertained whilst you exercise (I will help you with this as much as I can)


Having babies and small children is an exciting but often overwhelming time. Joining our community at Pram Fit will help you meet local, likeminded people whilst doing something for yourself. Exercise and being outside are both excellent mood boosters - so start your Monday feeling strong and ready to take on the week ahead.
